SUPER 8 Blanche is the best Belgian white beer

On Friday 11 August, SUPER 8 Blanche, the newest member of Haacht Brewery’s SUPER 8 family, was named ‘Best Belgian style Witbier’ at the World Beer Awards, narrowly losing out on the world title against a Brazilian beer, Búzios Brigitte.

SUPER 8 Blanche was launched this past May, as the third beer in the SUPER 8 range from Haacht Brewery, a Belgian family brewery with a rich history. This spicy ‘witbier’ (white beer) or ‘bière blanche’ delivers a delicious kick of freshly-ground coriander and plenty of orange peel, adding a novel twist to a familiar flavour.
